多謝您有興趣使用Sounds Fun Class的語言培訓服務！

關於預約步驟：

在上方位置，將會展現一份預約表格。

第一步：「Select Service」(選擇服務）。請選擇需要的語言課程，再按下方「Continue」(繼續）；

第二步：「Select Provider」(選擇服務提供者）。如果選擇的是當天的課程，請挑選需要的時段；如果選擇的並不是當天的課程，請按方格內空白位置，整份表格將會反白；再按下方「Continue」(繼續）；

第三步：「Pick Date and Time」（選擇日期和時間）。這裡可以選擇30天內提供的課程。

第四步：請輸入聯絡方式（學生姓名，電郵，電話號碼）。下一步按「 Pay Later」（先預約，後支付）。預約就已經完成。

關於支付方式和確認預約：

款項方面，可以在課程版面進行網上支付或者用FPS付款。轉數快電話為+852 8489 8312 (Sounds Fun Class Limited)。收到款項後，將會正式確認您的預約。

關於取消預約：

如果閣下的行程有變更，請至少在課堂開始三小時前在網上按電郵的「Cancel」（取消）制取消。

請留意，已經繳費的課程費用概不退換。閣下可以另行進行新預約。

關於課程舉辦的地點：

系統將會默認課程為實體課程。如果需要轉網上課程，請聯絡我們。我們將會視乎預約情況幫您安排。

如果表格沒有出現，請嘗試再按一次「更新」（Refresh）制或者聯絡我們幫您預約。如果有任何疑問，請致電或者發WhatsApp訊息至+852 84898312 聯絡我們。

Steps for Making Appointments:

A booking form will be popped out above for your selection.

Step 1: Select Service. Please select the service you need and press "Continue" down below;

Step 2: Select Provider. If your preferred time is today, please select the time slot at this page; If it would be another date, please click in the blank space inside the table, and press "Continue" to move ahead;

Step 3: Pick Date and Time. You may choose the courses in coming 30 days at this page.

Step 4: Type your full name, email and phone number. Press "Pay Later" and you are all set.

Method of Payment and Confirmation of Appointment

Payment can be made online at Explore Courses Page or by FPS. FPS phone number is +852 8489 8312 (Sounds Fun Class Limited). Your booking will be officially confirmed upon receiving the payment.

About Appointment Cancellation

Should you have abrupt changes, you may click Cancel button at the link provided in email. Please inform us at least 3 hours in advance.

Please note, the course fee is not refundable. You may make a new appointment online.

Location of Attending the Course:

The course, by default, is set as face to face at the store. Should you need to change to online, please contact us and we will arrange in view of our current appointment status.
