FAQ and Service Terms (常見問題及服務細則):
1.1 The enrollment for the course will be confirmed after the payment for the tuition fee has been received. 課堂學額將在收妥課堂費用後確認。
1.2 Once payment is confirmed, all online course appointments will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The company reserves the right to make the final decision. 付款一經確認，導師檔期將以先到先得方式保留。本公司保留最終決定權。
1.3 Once the time slot is confirmed, there will be no refunds or transfers of slots.一旦課堂檔期確認，不設退款或轉讓學位。
1.4 Slots confirmed cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. 課堂檔期不可兌換現金，也不可轉讓給他人
Class Rescheduling Requests (課堂改期申請):
2.1 Student may request a rescheduling at least 3 hours prior to the start of the course. In the event of class cancellation, participants will be notified separately. 學生可在開課前至少三小時做出通知，申請改期。如課堂取消，將另行通知。
- Typhoon and Heavy Rain Warnings (颱風及暴雨警告安排)
3.1 All the offline courses will not be continued to proceed under extreme weather conditions of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning. 所有實體課程在8號或以上風球、黑色暴雨警告等惡劣天氣下會進行取消。
3.2 All the online courses will not be cancelled to proceed under extreme weather conditions of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning. However, your safety is in our primary concern. Let us know before 11am on the same day, should you feel not comfortable to continue the course. 如果是網上課程，相關課程安排並不會因為8號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨警告等惡劣天氣而取消或更改，而會繼續進行。然而，您的安全至關重要，如果當日並不能確定會繼續課程，請儘早在即日上午十一點前通知我們。
